CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

1. General Cancellation Rule:

Once an application is submitted or an order is placed on https://jdaapprovedplots.com/, changes and cancellations are generally not allowed. We encourage all applicants to review their selection carefully before proceeding with the payment.

2. Cancellation by the Company:

In the event that a client fails to make the required payment on or before the stipulated due date, the Company (Jda Approved Plots) shall have the absolute and unconditional right to cancel the deal and/or allotment without any prior notice or liability.

• Upon such cancellation, the Company is free to re-allot or deal with the said unit/property at its sole discretion.

• Any amount paid by the client up to that date shall stand strictly forfeited and the client shall have no claim, right, or demand for any refund whatsoever.

3. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are governed by the following strict criteria:

• Successful Allotment: If a successful allotment has occurred, no refunds will be made under any circumstances.

• Non-Allotment: Refunds will only be processed for Non-Allotment Application Candidates.

• Unit Size Variance: Allotment of units can vary by 25% (plus or minus) from the selected size. No refunds will be granted if the allotted unit falls within this specified percentage range.

4. Refund Process:

For eligible non-allotment candidates, refunds will be credited back to the original account/card from which the transaction was initiated. Please allow standard banking timelines for the credit to reflect in your statement.

5. Exceptional Circumstances:

If you experience a technical error or double payment during the transaction process via the Easebuzz Payment Gateway, please contact our support team immediately at 8504-811-811 for resolution.

*Note: JDA Patta charges or Registry charges are extra as per Government Norms and are non-refundable once processed.
